FOUR BOOTH SETUPS, ONE APPLICATION
Every booth includes tables, chairs and signage as standard. Choose indoor or outdoor when you apply — availability is assigned by category.
10 ft (L) × 10 ft (W) × 8 ft (H) with red & white pipe-and-drape backwall, red siderail drape and an ID sign. Includes one 8 ft draped table and two folding chairs.
Same 10 ft × 10 ft × 8 ft pipe-and-drape space as the standard indoor booth, with one 8 ft draped table and two folding chairs. Health permitting requirements apply — see the Vendor Categories & Details page.
10 ft × 10 ft × 8 ft mesh-sided tent with two folding chairs and one draped table. Additional tables, chairs or booth changes can be arranged with the show organizer ahead of move-in.
Same 10 ft × 10 ft × 8 ft mesh-sided tent, with two folding chairs and two draped tables (food vendors are issued an extra table for prep and service). Health permitting requirements apply.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOTH
Full booth height is 8 ft, with a 3 ft divider between booths.
Multiple Booths
If a vendor has more than one booth, there are four configurations to choose from. This applies to all multiple-booth setups.
Exhibitors are responsible for the decoration and staging of their own booths. Professional exhibit display booths and signs/banners are recommended. No large banners may be hung or displayed beyond the booth height, and high tents are prohibited inside the halls.
Any customized decoration involving erections above standard heights must have blueprints submitted for pre-approval. Failure to comply may result in removal of booth decorations by Pomona Fairplex security.

Vendor parking is at Gate 17 (2705 Fairplex Dr., Pomona) with tram service to the entrance. General/hotel guest parking is at Gate 3 (601 W. McKinley Ave., Pomona). Parking is $21 per entry; lots are open 6 AM–9 PM.
Hall 4 booth numbers begin with 4 (e.g. 4201), and so on by hall. Confirmed vendors are assigned a specific booth number ahead of the show — this map shows overall layout, not live availability.
MOVE-IN, BADGES & TRAVEL
Move-In: Friday, January 15, 2027, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Day One: Saturday, January 16, 2027, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Day Two: Sunday, January 17, 2027, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Move-Out: Sunday, January 17, 2027, 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Booth location choice is first come, first served, so submit your contract and deposit promptly. A virtual vendor orientation on Zoom covers move-in procedures, setup instructions and move-out logistics — recordings are made available afterward for anyone who can't attend live.
Each booth is issued vendor identification badges for booth personnel (for identifying staff only — not valid for general admission) plus admission tickets for both show days as specified in your contract, good for one person per day.
