Booth Details

Exhibitors are responsible for the decoration and staging of their own booths. We recommend professional exhibit display booths and signs/banners. No large banners are allowed to be hanged/displayed beyond the booth height. High tents are also prohibited inside the halls. Any customized decoration involving erections above standard heights must have their blueprints submitted for pre-approval. Failure to comply with these regulations may result in the removal of booth decorations by Pomona Fairplex security. 

Single Booth

Full heights are 8 ft, the divider between booths is 3 ft

Multiple Booths

If a vendor has more than one booth for the products display, there are four(4) examples for vendors' preference.

• 2A : standard setup, no divider in between two booths.
• 2B : custom setup, no cross-frame, and divider in between and in front of two booths. (2B is so-called "Open Booth")
• 3A : standard setup, no divider in between three booths.
• 3B : custom setup, no cross-frame, and divider in between and in front of three booths.

It applies to all multiple booths.
