Can I get to Asian American Expo if I park at the Gate 9 parking lot?

Yes, both parking lots service Asian American Expo. There will be directional signage pointing from the parking lot to the Asian American Expo area.

Can I still ride the tram if I’m in a wheelchair?

Yes – there are trams in operations that are equipped with handicap access.

Where can I drop off the event raffle tickets?

Please drop your raffle ticket information at the Hall 4 main stage (stage #1)

Where are the restrooms?

There are restrooms located near the entrances of all the Halls

Are there ATM machines available at the event?

ATM machines are located behind the Hall 4 information center and at the entrance of the Food street.

Event schedules are available at the Hall 4 Information center and Entrance service center.

Where is the main event information center?

The main Expo information center is located at Hall 4 entrance on the right side.

Can I reuse my ticket again for the next day?

Each ticket is only valid for one-time usage. For same day re-entry, handstamps will be provided at the event exit.

Are wheelchairs provided at the event?

Please bring your own wheelchair as needed.

Are pets allowed to the event?

Only service animals such as service dogs are allowed at Asian American Expo.

Where is ANIME Impulse located?

ANIME Impulse is located at Halls 9 and 10.

Where is the indoor specialty food showcase?

Please visit Hall 4 and Hall 5 for indoor pre-packaged food vendors.

Where are the outdoor food courts?

The outdoor food courts are located on Pepper St (between Halls 5 and 8), Sycamore St (between Halls 4 and 5).

In total there are 7 Exhibit Halls (Halls 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10)
