According to the County of Los Angeles Department of Public Health regulations all food product booths must pay the applicable fees and submit the health permit application forms.

所有申請費用請於2016年12月7日之前交給主辦單位,支票抬頭請寫 Chinese Overseas Marketing Service Corporation (或者COMS Corp),由本公司統一收費轉交衛生局辦理。

All fees are to be submitted to the organizer prior to December 7, 2016 payable to: CHINESE OVERSEAS MARKETING SERVICE CORPORATION (or COMS Corp) for temporary permits at Pomona. The show organizers (Chinese Overseas Marketing Service Corporation) are collecting all fees on behalf of the Health Department.
